Ingredients
  

White Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup white pure cane sugar
  • 1 cup water

Gold Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup light brown pure cane sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add white sugar or brown sugar to a small saucepan and cover with water.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  • Pour the cooled syrup into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid or cork.
  • Refrigerate for up to one month.
