Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh Swiss Chard
  • 1 oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. coriander powder
  • ¼ - ½ tsp. garlic powder to taste
  • Sea salt to taste - optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing your chard greens and draining the water.
  • Before chopping the chard remove the stems including spines.
  • Start by chopping from top-down and then roll leaves from long sides to compact, then cut crosswise.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and bring to medium heat adding the chopped Swiss chard.
  • Sprinkle chard with coriander and garlic powder then toss to coat with oil.
  • Cook for three to five minutes stirring and tossing continuously to preferred doneness.
  • Test for doneness to your preference, cover, and cook a bit longer if needed.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Top with sea salt and enjoy!

Notes
